STERIS Applied Sterilization Technologies is a global provider of contract sterilization, laboratory testing and product and packaging testing services; and integrated sterilization equipment, control systems, and radiation dosimetry to support medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Through our global network of facilities, we provide a technology-neutral sterilization services offering including electron beam, gamma, X-ray, ethylene oxide, vaporized hydrogen peroxide, and steam technologies.

We support our Customers throughout the sterilization process with a comprehensive offering of testing and validation services, including microbiological, analytical, and product and packaging testing. In addition to this, we provide equipment and technologies and dosimetry to sterilization providers.

Our STERIS TechTeam® professionals assist our Customers with sterilization validation and laboratory testing services at every stage of the sterilization design process, from product development through routine processing.

Through our STERIS AST Equipment and Technologies offering, we provide integrated sterilization equipment and control systems, including accelerators and product handling systems.

We support radiation processing with both red perspex and alanine pellet dosimeters used to measure ionizing radiation.
